How can I pay?

Packaging & shipping
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are packed plastic-free with as little packaging as possible. Often we can reuse packaging materials from our own suppliers.
When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 3 p.m. (CET) on weekdays, we will ship your order that same day, so you will most likely receive it the very next day, even on Saturdays. If you order between Friday 3 p.m. (CET) and Monday 3 p.m. (CET), we will ship your order on Monday and you will likely receive your order on Tuesday. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery service, so we cannot make any guarantees about when you will receive your package. Once the parcel is registered you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace information by email.
When will my order be delivered?
PostNL delivers most parcels the next delivery day (Monday through Saturday) and otherwise within two delivery days. But keep in mind that delays may occur during busier periods, especially in November and December.
What are the delivery charges?
We ship every order within the Netherlands for free! To Belgium, shipping costs are €4.95. Do you want an order to be send to another country? If so, please contact us at support@coblo.eu
Is shipping abroad also possible?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.
Exchanges & Returns
What should I do if I want to return my order or a product?
It happens. You look forward to the package you ordered, but you changed your mind or a child already has it. Unused items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Report your return via support@coblo.eu. Please include your order number in your notification and in the return package. After notification, the item can be returned to:

Your legal reflection period
Under the law, as a consumer (a natural person not acting in the exercise of his profession or business), you have the right to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving it. This is the right of withdrawal, the legal cooling-off period.
During this legal cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only open the packaging and use the product to the extent necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of products. The premise here is that this inspection should not go beyond what you would do in a physical store. If the inspection goes beyond the above, you are liable for the depreciation of the product.
For the return process based on the legal right of withdrawal, please follow the regular process as stated above under “How do I return an item?”.
After the dissolution, you still have 14 days to return the product. Please include your order number in the return package. Amounts already paid by you will be refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days, after the dissolution of the agreement and the return of the product, in the same way as the order was paid for.
Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s own expense.
My product arrived damaged
We logically do our best to deliver our products to you in good condition. Nevertheless, it is possible for an order to be damaged in transit. If an item is damaged, please let us know via email to support@coblo.eu. We provide a suitable solution.
