Your privacy is of great importance to Coblo. We adhere to privacy laws. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. Placing and handling your order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal information to process it. After all, without your data we cannot process orders, and processing this personal data is therefore necessary to execute the agreement. If you do not wish to provide this information, then unfortunately you cannot place an order.
To process the order, we use your personal data and e-mail address. We will provide your personal information to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. We do not receive any other data from third parties.
The legal basis for processing is your consent. We use your information only for handling the order you placed.
We keep certain data for seven years; this is in accordance with legal retention requirements. Data that is not necessary to keep for this retention obligation, we will delete no later than one year after the completion of the order. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will delete this data no later than three months after you unsubscribe.
Contact form, Reseller request and Newsletter
The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests. To do this, we use your e-mail address and personal data (if you provide them). We do this based on your consent. We keep this information for no more than six months after our last contact, unless there are grounds to keep the information longer, such as a possible dispute.
The application form to become a reseller allows you to express your interest in selling our products through your store. This form is for stores only, not for individuals. For this we use your name and address information as well as information related to your store (e.g. Chamber of Commerce number and website url). We use this information to explore possible collaboration. If you provide this information, you consent. We keep this information for no more than six months after our last contact, unless there are grounds to keep the information longer, such as a possible dispute.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. In it you will read news, tips and information about our products and services. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link that immediately ends your subscription to the newsletter. Your email address will be added to the list of subscribers if you give permission. You can withdraw this consent at any time. Your information will be kept for no more than three months after you unsubscribe.
We obviously do not provide the subscriber list to third parties. However, we do enter the information into the mailing system so that you can receive the newsletter. We have made agreements with this party regarding the protection of your data.
Provision to third parties
In certain cases, it is necessary to provide your information to third parties. These are cases where this is necessary because of a legal obligation or from a legitimate interest such as reasonable business practice. These include:

- The bank, for processing payments;
